The SpringFest is in Allied Gardens which is an area of town that I don’t normally travel to for outings with the kids.  However, this is a great little community event.   At first I did not know what to expect, and when I arrived there I realized that it really was a carnival!  There were rides (Scrambler, Tilt-a-Whirl, etc), food vendors, and a music stage.  It felt like the fair on a much smaller scale.  I definitely plan to take the kids next year.
