For all of you who are signed up with the Foster Youth Mentor Program through San Diego County, there is a new mileage form that must be hand-written.
Here is an excerpt from Tin Le’s email:
Effect immediately, please use the mileage form I attached in this email. Please PRINT it out and HANDWRITE when you fill in the information. This is required because the current form doesn’t show or print out the complete destination information when you type in a long address. Efforts are being made to make the form more user friendly and we will send it to you as soon as it becomes available.
